Horror on the high sea! In Cheboygan, Michigan, Emilee and Brian Beech, and their friend, Gavin Stewart, are offered a unique opportunity: a tour through the United States Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw, a huge ship stationed near the mouth of the Cheboygan River.  It will be a tour they will never, ever forget. For there is an old legend in Cheboygan, about a haggard sea captain who wanders at night, inviting unsuspecting persons aboard his ship. As legends goes, anyone who boards his ship is trapped on it forever. But Emilee, Brian and Gavin are on the Coast Guard Cutter… aren’t they? Soon, it becomes apparent that the Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw isn’t what it seems to be at all. Far too late, they realize that the old legend of the captain and his Great Lakes Ghost ship isn’t a legend after all…
