A storm is working its way along the shoreline as two thieves creep through the woods to the lighthouse. They sneak up the back porch steps. A sprinkle of lightening flickers through the kitchen window. Thunder wrinkles its way along the shoreline. “Something bad is coming, Captain,” said Harry. As the back door cracked open, the Captain, the cigar and Harry slowly faded away.

The Captain and Harry, A Trembling “Tail” of Thieves is based on a breaking and entering at a lighthouse. From the moment the thieves enter until the final swirl of smoke from the Captain’s cigar, the reader will love the antics of these two ghosts that haunt the old lighthouse.
